I did a grant online through Donorschoose.org.
I put in a grant to get four mp3 players for my classroom. I chose mp3 players so that my students would have access to books to listen to, that can be borrowed from the public library online. The students will have access to more titles. The students will also be exposed to good fluency. It is important for them to be able to listen to stories even as sixth graders.
